Hats Code Millinery began with a needle, a block and a love of a well-made hat. Fifteen years on, we still make the way we started — slowly, by hand, one piece at a time.
From delicate fascinators for a wedding to a wide-brim statement for the races, each design is shaped to the wearer. Nothing is mass-produced; everything is considered.

From first idea to final fitting.

Consult
Tell us the occasion, outfit and colours. We talk shapes and ideas over WhatsApp or in person.

Design
We sketch and select materials — sinamay, felt, straw, feathers and trims — for your piece.

Handcraft
Your hat is blocked, stitched and finished by hand in our Teshie atelier.

Fitting
A final fitting and adjustments, so it sits beautifully and feels like yours.
